We are currently seeking a committed Field Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for exceptional cleaning services. The role involves managing our cleaning staff and subcontractors, handling the hiring process, and overseeing training. Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience in house cleaning (not required), is ideally bilingual in English and Spanish, and brings solid managerial experience to our team.
Our standard working hours are from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. While it is not common, there may be infrequent circumstances that require availability outside of these standard hours, including occasional Saturdays.
