This is a work from home position, however you must live in the Phoenix / East Valley area of Arizona.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls from customers and service providers.
  • Respond to inquiries via email, text, and web chat.
  • Help customers with bookings: scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling services.
  • Provide over-the-phone quotes for services.
  • Assist service providers with questions about work orders and platform issues.
  • Troubleshoot software issues for both customers and service providers.
  • Work as part of a fully remote team using technology for communication, training, and meetings.
  • Stay flexible with your schedule, which may vary within our business hours of Monday to Friday with rotating part day Saturdays.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $17.50 – $21/hour (depending on experience)
  • Paid time off (2+ weeks)

Responsibilities

Skills Needed

  • Able to analyze customer/provider emails and provide a thoughtful response that addresses all aspects of a customer's/provider's concern
  • Able to handle incoming phone calls from customers/provider without getting nervous
  • Track multiple issues at the same time
  • Ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions
  • Able to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks with minimum oversight
  • Reliable internet, back-up internet, and computer system. Cannot work on a Chromebook.
