House Cleaning Pro (1099 or W2)

We are currently seeking highly experienced and dedicated Full-Time Residential Cleaners to join our team! As a family-oriented company, we offer a flexible work structure with both 1099 contractor positions and W2 options for those seeking long-term employment.

For 1099 contractors, we provide competitive pay with weekly earnings ranging from $600 to $1800, plus a robust tipping program where you keep 100% of your tips. We also offer W2 positions for those interested in additional benefits such as paid time off and mileage reimbursement (hourly rates for W2s starting range is $18 to $21/hr).

1099 Contractor Work

Compensation (for 1099 Contractors):

• Attractive pay: $22 to $29/hr
• Keep 100% of tips
• You provide your availability, and we contract work to you based on the days you're available

1099 Contractor Requirements:

• Must have prior house cleaning experience
• Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment (or be able to obtain them)
• Consistent internet access and a mobile phone
• Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance
• Authorized to work in the US and must pass a background check

Note: We do not provide training for 1099 contractors. You must already have experience to contract with us.

W2 Employee Positions

Compensation & Benefits (for W2 Employees):

• Attractive pay with weekly earnings ranging from $18 to $21/hr
• Mileage reimbursement
• Paid time off

W2 Employee Requirements:

• Previous paid house cleaning experience is a bonus, but not required
• We offer paid training to help you become a Professional Housekeeper
• Consistent internet access and a mobile phone
• Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance
• Clean background check, positive references, and a good driving history
• Must be available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (for full time positions)
• Authorized to work in the US and must pass a background check
